As a seasoned credit risk consultant and former Chief Credit Officer, Dennis helps financial institution leaders design, implement, and refine business lending programs rooted in sound policy, disciplined underwriting, and regulatory alignment. Through his firm, Six48 Consulting, he brings more than 40 years of commercial lending, portfolio management, and integration leadership to credit unions seeking to grow safely and sustainably.
Dennis’s work centers on equipping boards, executives, and lending teams with frameworks that elevate asset quality, support strategic growth, and withstand regulatory scrutiny—reflecting his commitment to foundations that stand the test of time.
